Geasa

Geasa (plural) or Geas (singular) is an oath given to require or forbid a specific action. Each member of the Chosen of Fate was required to take on three Geasa upon joining the following. More was always an option. Geasa were also mandated by Cordir, on rare occasions, as a form of punishment for misdeeds.

The Lady of Fate will always grant aid when it is asked of Her, if it is within Her power to do so. Temporary: Will speak not a word aloud, save to Her folk or immortals. Temporary: Will accept no offerings of any kind from Her folk. Temporary: Will accept no Oaths of Service. The Lady of Fate swears to always hold true to her vows to Deamhan An-Shalach, never marrying again. Abe	Forbidden any gestures of physical affection to any save Cordir. Is forbidden ‘smacktalk’ of any kind, on any channel. Any statements of intent must be backed up with action. Must perform any Corpse Retrieval when asked. Must assist Chosen with EXP requests at any time. May never dry-sac a Conclave corpse. Must EXP Ty constantly. (Or at least until she gets bored)
Adso	Will never eat meat. Will do ID's for anyone who asks. (as of 3/7/2000, this does not include Anathema or people wanting corpses IDed) Will give one piece of useful equipment to a newbie every time he logs on. Will eat nothing for three RL days, drinking only water, to cleanse his body of the meat he ate: a steak of the Guardian. (5/1/2000 - 5/3/2000)
Aerith	Will glorify the Triat with all actions, giving sacrifice to each of the Triat each day Will walk in silence, never again to speak his name or shout Will speak humbly, and with truth Will spread the word of the Triat daily, through deed and through word
Alex	I will only eat pumpkin pies (and pills) I will help newbies by spelling them up, giving them IDs, eq, and corpse retrievals if I can. I will pit any eq that is not needed among newbies or the following.
Alleron	Will give aid to any that ask, save Anathema. Examples include healing, food, equipment, etc. If attacked and he slays the attacker, Alleron will donate at least half the attacker’s corpse to newbies. Upon request, will attempt any Corpse Rescue, provided they are not Anathema and it is *possible*. Required to flee from all player vs player combat until he reaches level 20 in each of his classes.
Allyena	Will always be visible within the guild. Will read the fortune of anyone who asks for it. Will never allow anyone to touch her.
Amblin Dirado	Will never use the Vortex. Will only eat food originating from Aaracity. Will pick some flowers and give them to someone every time he walks the realm.
Ambrose	Set #1: A geas of service. I shall help and provide for all half-elves that enter the realm until they reach the level of 7th. A geas of prohibition. I shall limit my equipment to what is worn, one container for donations, one container for food, one container for potions/scrolls and one container for miscellaneous items. a geas of donation. All items that I do not wish to carry or keep shall never be sacrificed but shall be placed within the pit within the guild. Set #2: First is the geas of Limitation. I will limit my belongings to what I can wear, four container- one for donations, one for food, one for potions/scrolls. one for misc. items and one drinking container. second is my geas of caring. I will help and provide for all half-elves of level seven or lower. Changed 10/21/01 - to I will help and provide for all half-elves of level 10 or lower that are not newbie killers or Anathema. My third geas of Prohibition is that I will never sacrifice any item that is in my inventory with out offering all items to my following first and then if it is not wanted I shall place it with in the pit of donation. Ananasi Aleitros	# Will always wear something woven. Will spend an hour a week making free ids available to newbies in the guild, and to others if they're polite and not pk'ers. Will become superb at all skills she practices.
Anduin	Will always CR for someone under level 10 Will always give nourishment to those in need as quickly as he can. Will honor his culture by taking after its ways and only speaking his native tongue (elven).
Angeline	Will not eat from plants of this realm. Will not harm children. Will always leave at least one useful item in the pit before departing the realm.
Aphrodite	First, I will aid those in need of help, those who are in rightful need of help. Second, I will help protect those who are defenseless, via, waking them up if sleeping out of safe, CR's if possible, staying with them til they wake from me from meditation. Third, I will travel to the burial site of my Master Shaman, and mourn him for a bit each day.
Arcanum Dra'sai	I will spend no less than one hour each log in to further the progress of the following with randoming, player activity ranking, and helping other followers and allies with their needs. Geasa # & 3 were lost, discussed in email rather than the joining log. 
Arianos	I shall always offer my cloak spells or offer to make bags for folks when I am in the guild. I will create one poetic work about a Triat topic every three weeks. I will act as a merchant on behalf of the Chosen, trading and auctioning for equipment of use to the following.
Arieda	Will speak no language save Elven, but will always keep Tongues active, so that all can understand her. Will offer spells to each level 1- 10 upon entry into the Realm. Will never eat meat for sustenance.
Asher	Asher will not sleep anywhere outside the temple, and will only permit himself ‘rest’ outside its boundaries. Asher vows to give a gift to the followers of Kerriariadne, at least once every two weeks, as thanks for his time in that following. Asher will sacrifice one magical item to his Guildmaster each time he enters the realm, as thanks for accepting him into the Mages Guild. Asher will take out an advertisement in the newspaper each day, welcoming newcomers to the Realm.
Aslan T'Sarran	I will not take food from others, only what I gather or make myself. I will keep a container for potions, one for eq that keep for myself, and another containing eq for others that might need it. I will answer any call for assistance that I hear, no matter the circumstance. If I can be of any assistance, I will do so, and if not, I shall try to direct them to someone who would be of assistance'. Avatarr	Help all newbies under level 15 who have died, with their re-equipping. Ask all newbies under level 15 each log in if they have specific needs. (was sent via email, email lost)
Aviendha	To assist with playtesting the bard class, Aviendha was accepted without taking on Geasa or completing the entry quest.
Avoozl	Avoozl, as well as some other prior members of Dark, was accepted on a temporary basis while Kerriariadne was petitioning for restoral. No Geasa were required for the short time Avoozl was in Fate.
Azilix	Dwarves, being small, must stick together. Therefore I shall not harm another of my race. Dwarves, having loud hoarse voices, should not annoy the realm. Therefore I shall stray away from gossip, yell, and shout. Dwarves, being hairy and ugly, are destined to a life alone. Therefore I shall not have intimate relations with anyone.
Azmoth	Will eat only food created by his own magic. Will give one item from his corpse to someone who needs it, every time he dies. Will offer help to every new half-elf he sees.
Balin	To assist with playtesting the Thug class, Balin was accepted without taking on normal Geasa or completing the entry quest. His sole Geas was, “I will answer all and any questions about the Thug class to any who ask, and will seek to educate my following on what I learn.”
Bancor	I will not raise arms against a merchant. I will always take 5 mins, as soon as I log in, to do Id's for newbies. I will never confuse people by using charm and ventriloquate.
Bastian	Will always cure disease, no matter where he is. He will immediately respond to cries for help. Will only carry as much money as he really needs. (Basically 25k or less.) Will never wear any equipment that is made from dragon scale, out of respect and admiration for those most noble of creatures. Will never learn "cause wounds" spells.
Belsambar	(Record Not Found)
Boromir	Will not sell equipment for any reason, and will furthermore carry minimal equipment, giving the rest to the following and those in need. (1/30/2001 - changed to no auction) Will be visible at all times while within the guild, providing IDs for all who ask, except Anathema and those wanting corpses IDed. Will offer to ID for newbies (lvl 1-5) while in the guild, speaking to them directly.
Brick	Brick did not fully join the Chosen of Fate and did not take on geasa.
Cadee	Will do the Hokey Pokey at least once a day! Will ask each newbie if they need assistance.
Calivax	Will not argue or smack talk with anyone, over any channel. Will directly offer his services and advice to newbies. Will only eat turkey from his own home town for food.
Celia	I, Celia, promise to fill a container and empty into the pit at each login. This will take the form of food and water. I, Celia, I promise to ask or help 3 newbies at each log in I , Celia, will always go to the MG temple and pray in memory of my ancestors and leave 2 pieces of bread (in memory of my mom and dad).
Cerberus	Will never take gold from another player. Will always cast protective spells on newbies (lvl 1-5) whenever he sees them. Will eat only food that is made by his own hands.
Charles	I have chosen to create bags for any character, except Anathema, whenever they request it. The main reason for this is because as a low level character, it is tough to find containers.. so this is mainly aimed at newbies. The second of the three is to create teleport vials for any character, except in the case of Anathema, when they ask. Teleport vials are an essential survival tool, and one only a shaman can get, so I feel I should provide this. I will map three level 30 – 50 zones, every month or two.
Cirth the Pale	Will learn the geasa of all Chosen, past and present (Geas of Rememberance). Will never have more than 10k gold, and no more than the clothes worn - no inventory (Geas of Poverty). Will teach a newbie (lvl 1-10) uses for one of their skills, or will perform 3 IDs for 3 newbies, each day (Geas of Service).
Cistercian Silverleaf	Will never auction items for personal gain, instead giving them to the following or the less fortunate. Will never kill a living thing in Loth-Lorien. Will mend the damaged and broken, whenever they seek assistance.
Cleon Venabili	I swear NEVER to accept money from those under level 10, all auctioned items will be free to them. I swear ALWAYS to offer aid to those afflicted by disease. I swear ALWAYS to respond to any request for directions within the Realm
Clue	To cure any who ask for it, save Anathema. To teach any in the Chosen who ask of her knowledge of the Realm. At each login, to check for levels 1-10 and ask each if they require any assistance i'm able to give. On 01/08/02, changed to: To reach out for new experiences and people and relationships.
Corbin	Corbin was a returning, retired Immortal’s character to relearn TFC. As a courtesy to this immortal, the entry quest was waived, including Geasa.
Corri	Corri joined for a specific RP role: To be Harbinger of the end of the Chosen of Fate. She did not take formal geasa.
Coyul	I will greet members of Mirth each day when I see them, and will seek them out for groups I will offer help to three newbies each day I log in, with spells, advice, and suggestions Will involve herself in three retributions against Anathema each month. Will apply for membership in the Hands of Fate. Will explore one new (to her) area each month.
Dalmiera	Will commit body and soul to being never more than a member of the Magi (mage class). [for magic] Will give to the new in life (lvl 2-5) at least 2 times from her stores at each login. [for celebration of new life] Will not feed her inherited Thirst upon any but a willing member of the Chosen. DarkClaw	My first geas is to write a piece of prose once each week, dedicated to the Chosen...this, I vow. I vow to offer food to any newcomers to the realm each time I arrive. I shall refrain from eating that which can be self-made, thus causing me to go out and acquire food elsewhere.

Dazzle	Will never seek profit in an auction. If an item is not needed by the the following, then it will be offered freely without prejudice of race following, or previous impression. (Anathema exempted.) Will, first and foremost, practice those skills and spells which will aid others. Offensive and self-affecting spells will come second. Will immediately focus on the needs of those asking for aid, whenever asked, as long as it will not cause hindrance to another.
Deamhan An-Shalach	Blood is a bond. From this day forth, Deamhan shall never drink of anyone save his bride. Kin is a bond. From this day forth, Deamhan will regularly visit his mother, Magda, and seek to end the enchantments binding her. Oaths are a bond. From this day forth, Deamhan will aid all those who once stood within the Kindred, unless to do so would break a Code or Dictate of the Chosen of Fate.
Delan	Delan took the original Geas of his father.
Deyanira:	I swear only to seek cool refreshments from the earth itself, rather than any fashioned container. I swear never to initiate any act of aggression against any of the Elven or Aarakocran bloodline, unless personally justified. I swear to seek out personally unexplored areas or assist another in doing the same for at least 15 minutes during every log on.
Diver	The requirement for Geasa was waived for Diver, due to Special Circumstances.

Drakar Grimward	I vow to never satiate my appetite by anything other than what I have prepared by my own hands. I vow to never lay rest inside the boundaries of the Guild. (no rest, nor sleep) I will remain ready for what duties call me. No matter how old these ages grow, I will always recognize my prior service to Lord Tripper and the Tigers (either by title reference or description)
Drazuk	I shall subsist of steak from the maggots in the pyramid of the Northern Desert I shall ID for all of those new to the realm, free of charge, and with a smile on my face. and I will never cross into Cillidellia, the town of High Elves...I forgo seeing the beauty of the towers for the rest of my life.
Drizzt Do'Urden	I will, upon entrance to this realm each time, spend atleast twenty minutes in the effort to teach those in need of guidance. Likewise, each time I am to leave the realm, I will bestow a third of my held wealth to those in need. I shall, once a week, spend from dawn till dusk in the effort to help those of Fate.
Drystan ap Aran	As a bard playtester, Drystan was not required to take on Geasa.
Durin	Will help those in need of healing spells as long as it does not conflict with following's rules. Will never eat food not prepared by his own hand. Will learn all TFC areas.
Dwarvenheld	Will never pass without trace. Will never harm a dwarf who doesn't attack first. Will never wear anything upon his feet.
Ebonie	Will always help those under level 10, no matter what I am doing at the time. Will never drink spirits, as it effects the mind and body in harmful ways. Will never steal from another, no matter what the situation may be.
Elaina	Will work to ensure the growth of Fate through assistance to new players through education, and identification. Will never use her inherant talents for the harming of others. Will aid all new players each log in as advertised on gossip and inquiry
Erian	I will offer ID's (via gossip) at least once per login to anyone who needs them, with exception of Anathema. I will not hoard eq anymore...I will carry 4 containers only, and offer my extra eq to those who need it. I will never stop mobmastering..this means, that when I get a message that says i can do another mm, i'll start one..and when i reach max, i'll do what lexie did, and start over. because doing mobmasteries helps me to learn where things are in the realm. I will share this knowledge with others, too.
Esariston	Esariston joined while I was out of town visiting family for Christmas, and playing from their home. Thus, I have no log made of his joining. His geasa are retrieved from past conversations, and not confirmed by an actual log. Always do identifications for those that need them while in guild or same safe room Always attempt a corpse retrieval be it within my power (Details of this geas is lost)
Eulamarkeize	Pilgrimage: I will dedicate my life to seeking out new places of ritual and religion to become further enlightened with truth. I will visit at least one of these locations each time I log in. Penitence: I will spend two hours every second weak in a locked and dark room without food, water or any form of communication with the outside world, my time will be spent in meditation and prayer. Service: With a devout heart, I will provide thoughtful service, silently learning of their needs and fulfilling them, seeking no acknowledgement or praise.
Faile bat'Kael	I vow never to initiate upon a fellow Aarakocran incarnation, regardless of the justification I may have upon such a one. That includes stealing to unGG items for friends, practicing fighting skills, etc, as well as justified attack. Faile seeks the calm within her only as the Sun rises, and so shall not meditate without his light to guide her. Unless outside, in daylight, no meditation regardless of the need for it. Upon first entering the Realm, I will directly offer aid to all who are younger than their tenth ascension. If the aid needed - such as a CR in demon realm - is beyond my ability, I will seek out one who can help them.

Flutter	self-reliance: Flutter is sworn to always slay her own ghosts herself, with no mortal aid. frugality: Flutter is sworn to never keep containers that are not worn. duty: Flutter is sworn to pay her respects to her teacher, the shaman of Aaracity, every time she passes his door. Kindness: Flutter is required to cast a Cloaking spell to each newbie in the guild each time she enters the Realm.
Furnock	Will never miss an opportunity to bring some mischief into someone's life. Will always use Teleport as his first method of escape or transport, rather than recall potions. Will provide completely anonymous newbie help to one person each login.
Fury	To honor my proud race, I will ask any sub level 15 Aarakocra (except known enemies) if they need help. Whenever or wherever. To honor my Realm, I will offer spells for my first 15 minutes logged in to anyone who seeks them (except known enemies). To honor my following, I will only eat what my fellow Fated make for me, or in emergencies, our close allies.
Fuzzy	Will not steal from any, save the Anathema. Will make a donation of at least one magical item to the Pit for newbies each day he visits the Realm. Will always remember the Lady Nalya and Her following, by having PBS in his title at all times.
Galatea	Will give a flower to each stranger she meets and introduce herself, with "all that follows." Will provide each newbie that is created before my eyes with and "adventurers pack", that includes a 20+ kg container, some food, recalls and any spare eq i might have. Will NEVER EVER eat any chocolate. Will NEVER write a public note without having it reviewed by Cordir first (required by Cordir).
Garland	“No quest needed. No drama. Just welcome home… but you DO have to pick three Geasa…” But what they were, I don’t have record of.
Garvax	Will write in his diary every day he logs in, which will appear on Lady Cordir's website. (Dropped - June 2000) Will ID for every newbie. If no ID is needed, he will cast spells for three. Will not carry bags made of people other than himself. Gaul Stone	I vow to bring no aggressive and deliberate harm to any Natural creature, beyond self defense of my being'. I vow to keep on my person one or more "newbie kits" containing at least a bag, some food, water skin, and coins'. I also pledge an oath of non aggression towards other sentient beings.
Gernoul	Will never speak except on ftell. Will eat only bread and water. (Pills and potions are okay.) Will donate weapons to those new to the realm.
Ghazkull	I will map out the entire Southern Continent, starting with the newbie areas. I will only eat steaks that have come from the half-elven town of Nydia. Each login I will ask 3 newbies if they require id's or spells, and I will always id for newbies that ask me.
Gillfen	Gillfen will never pass through the gates of Midgaard.. Gillfen will sac up to Cordir 5 items of value that she and the Chosen require, per week. Gillfen will give freely 5 items of value to newbies, per week.
Gloom	I will NEVER attack anyone unless ordered specifically by Cordir, acting as her Hound. I will honor my vows to Katrana by greeting the world with a Hail to the Wyldess, Weaver and Wyrm, and will sacrifice three objects to Katrana’s glory each day. I will perform CRs for newbies whenever possible, but will councel them to embrace Chaos and Change, and dry sac it themselves once it has been restored to them. Gregar T'Sarran	Will make a bag and give it to someone every time he walks the realm. Will help two newbies before going to obtain experience, every time he walks the realm. Will only eat food given to him by other people. Will not use the Vortex. (7/28/99-8/1/99) Will learn three home cities of the Southern Continent that he does not already know. (#6-8 were penance for publicly mocking Nash - 5/4/2000) Will speak to no one save the Lady for 3 weeks. Gryffen	I will always offer spells to newbies at every log in'. I will never willingly attack a female mob'. I will never sell or trade an item, all my eq goes to following or newbies'.
Harmony Skylore	To always help newbies to the best of my ability, even during times of mobmastery The progressive .. currently to learn all the languages To never forget the people who brought me up, my past, and my beliefs
Helati de-Orilig	Will always be visible to those in the Guild and Temple areas. Will never use cant. Will always offer assistance to at least one newbie upon arrival in the Realm.
Ihsahn	I will always cast protective spells on young adventurers when I see them in the Guild. I will always perform ids when asked, and offer when someone is in need of them, unless that person is Anathema. I will supply the Lady with an item she is in need of for her personal stock at least once a week.

Indiga	Each time I visit the Realm, I will visit the now empty foundation where the Great Sequoia stood. There, I will hope for the seed of the tree to be planted once more. IF aligned and unable to enter, I will stand in the closest room for my meditations. I will help the new of the realm by providing them with food – seeking out someone of less than 10th level and giving them mushrooms and a bag to keep them in. I swear to have only two bags in my inventory for myself (bags for those new to the realm will be held briefly). I will not keep extra equipment, but donate it to the following first, those new to the realm second.
Ink	Ink's geasa were waived because I knew he wouldn't follow them anyway. :P *sigh* Naughty swarf!!
Innovindil	Never ask for aid from any save a member of the Chosen. Upon entry and exit of the Realm, will stop by the pit and imp ID mark everything that isn’t already marked. Will only ever speak her native language of Elven.
Irgaak	Will defend the name of the Chosen against any who sully it. Will eat only bread and water in shame for being an Ogre. Will attempt to counsel other Ogres to follow paths other than evil.
Isolas Starleaf	Will never refuse to do IDs when asked. Will always offer spells to non-Anathema who were former members of Darkness. Will give gold to non-Enemies when requested for good use.
Jet	I vow never to use gossip again. I vow to reach 104 completed mob mastery quests. I vow to at least TRY and map every single zone on the mud, and share them with my fellow Chosen, completing one zone every two months.
Kaldred Kandrell	Will NEVER to withhold a piece of equipment that I do not need from a newbie and will not charge them a price for it.'. Will NEVER to withhold information that I possess from the needy...no matter how long it may take to explain. Will always to show those who may be on the wrong path or possibly my old path that there is a new way.. Not necessarily my way, but a way.
Kalee	Will make sure that the pit is full of food for newbies. (for Splat) Will be a vegetarian. (for Rhina) Will never take gold in exchange for services or material goods. (for Gaul, and friends) [Will never auction or sell]
Kaltar	Will remember all the gods he has served in the past by keeping mention of them in his title, and will seek out his past brothers & sisters in faith for grouping opportunities. Upon entry to the Realm, will cloak all those levels 1 – 15, who are not Anathema. Will directly offer aid to all new gnomes.
Katrana	Will learn of hometowns and new areas, for that is what took me to Thistlerock Will try to rid myself of a horrible nickname ("Ice Princess") through kindness, aiding those who I can. Will never kill one who is enslaved, for I was once one. I hunger for Knowledge of what I truly am. Only once in life did I truly catch a glimpse of true oneness, and that was during those times when Rashiel described the Triat. I will seek to learn everything I can ABOUT the Triat, and in doing so, relay that to the Realm.
Katvis	I will offer a cloak of protection to everyone 10-1 level when i first log on and when i leave I will never sleep in a temple (so no to discrace the gods) I will spend 15 minutes each time i log in randoming for the following and newbies
Keat	Will never aid a member of the Dawnbringers Will always cloak any newbie or Chosen who asks Will teach what I know of the shaman craft to others.
Keenare	Will always eat vegetarian foods – no meats. To always provide aid when asked, and remaining at the specific beck and call of the Lady as a servant. Will attempt to express the inner self, through portraiture, when asked.
Kenlo	Will kill no Halfling except in self defense. Will, when he is of level to do so, cure disease and immune all people he encounters in the Guild – including Anathema, for plague is the greater evil. Will carry no more than three containers on his person at any time.
Kennet D'Augustine	Will make sure newborns to the realm do not want for food. Will take all stolen items before the Supreme Thief of Mithas so that he may choose those he wishes to keep for himself. Will never harm any who have served Lord Tel and have known Keller as their Paladin.
Kethran	I vow to never destroy any equipment with positive effects, rather, I will always offer it to the Chosen, or place it into the donation pit. I vow to never drink from any source, in order to quench my thirst, other than from a fresh, clear spring. I vow to identify equipment for the Chosen, as quickly as I might return from my explorations, whenever they ask (unless I am leaving the realm, when they ask)
Kettri	I shall put a container in the pit each time I enter the realm I shall never foul my mouth with the kobold or goblin language I shall never torment ghosts by haunting them

Kirith Whitefire	To assist with playtesting the bard class, Kirith was accepted without taking on Geasa or completing the entry quest.
Korran Strongbow	To never initiate an attack against someone who used to be one of Brethren under my previous Gods, unless he or his group are attacked by them first. Will seek out newbies to assist with spells and knowledge, and auctioning off equipment at little to no cost. To never take another woman in lust or love so long as I shall live.
Lanfear Daermon N'a'shezbaernon	The First and most important is that I will never use a spell that produces any kind of fire. Since I see it as my task to preserve and tend the Patterning of the Tapestry, I cannot risk harming the Web in any way. Since any Fire Spell can easily harm threads of the Web, I will refrain from using them. My Second Geasa is that I will group with other people as much as I can. This will allow me to gain knowledge and also allows me to spread the things I know more easily. During my time in the Conclave I often lacked help from anyone, and there was no one to group with. These were two vital things I really missed. Therefore the Third Geasa I will bond myself to, is to aid all who do not support the Adversary. I will use all my abilities to help others for at least one Moon upon entering and when I must depart from the Realm, and at least one Moon every 2 Years, or 26 Moons."

Morgaine	Will never willingly slay an elf. Will never use the Shout channel for any reason. Will never sully her Clerical studies by becoming a thief. However, once she reaches the pinnacle of Clerichood, she will study the path of the forest.
Myre	Will never ask mages (excluding the Lady) for spells. Will drop everything to aid with life or death situations. Will alert all those online of any threats online in their PK range (by tell or gossip)

Salomar	Salomar joined the Chosen just as a visitor in 2005, after having retired from the mud. He did not complete the quest or stay active. (He didn’t even ask permission before joining, just worshipped.)
Sarabos	Will aid a minimum of three newbies (lvl 1-10) per session by providing arms, armor, food, and a container. Will never retrieve his own corpse, and if it is retrieved by others he will take only the gold and three items. Will not dual to shaman until he reaches level 30 warrior, at which point a new Geas will be taken.
Sarai	I promise to never use Mish as storage..to share eq and gold with those in need. I will stay true to my adventurous heart, and remain outside of the guild, unless called there for aid. I will at all times, be seeking those young adventurers, and assist them to acquire a weapon, the Algenara Quest, or a replacement.

Schwartz	Schwartz joined Fate to re-acclimate himself after a long absence, while Coleman was going through Attendancy after un-retirement. He did not take formal geasa at his joining of the Chosen.
Scrye	I shall visit the Sigil Draktha once daily and offer my prayers in remembrance of everything good that has come to pass, and to remind myself of the necessity for change and growth. I will never hide nor sneak...As it has always been my behaviour to hide from others' view, this will be quite a challenge for me. Instead of using my steaks for my own source of food, I will purchase my own and use my steaks to supply the pit with food for all those in need, accompanied by a public or private offer so they are aware they are there.
Sharn	Because I love the stars as they are and honor them every time I leave my hometown, I will never leave Thristlerock at daylight. At login and logoff I will greet the immortals of TFC to show respect. I will provide everybody with curing spells whenever they need them or ask for it

Talmud pledges unfailing loyalty to the growth and learning of the young. A wise man remembers. Talmud will pay homage and court to Queen Mariel, once every second span of weeks as the out-realm counts it. Through his Letter to the Weaver, Talmud takes on an additional Geas of Poverty. He will keep no more than 2000 gold coins on his person at any time.
