Monk was one of a large stable of both good and evil characters played by “Stevie D”. He lived in Southern California, and regularly attended the GTs there. He introduced a large number of his friends from a local live action role-playing group (called the IFGS) to TFC, including Cordir, ZARA, Nameless, Ivarr, Polnevdra, Taffron, Malkav and a number of others.
