Cadee says (in common), 'I'm learnin' new skills and new places to see '.
Cadee says (in common), 'Yes, being a bard is the one thing to be! '.
Cadee grins, and bounces one hip: in a beltpouch you can see dozens of map-scrolls.
Cadee sighs slightly, and her expression becomes rather dejected.
Cadee says (in common), 'Aside from the things that amaze and delight '.
Cadee says (in common), 'is one task that I can't avoid with a fight '.
Cadee says (in common), 'And thoughts of it keep me up scared every night... '.
Cadee pauses, and sighs with self-deprication.
Cadee says (in common), 'You see I'm a bard that is plagued with stage fright! '.
Cadee blushes terribly, and ducks her head.
Cadee gathers her resolve and continues, flinging her arms out for emphasis.
Cadee says (in common), 'performing? I'd rather be bathed in bat blood '.
Cadee says (in common), 'Or cross over rivers that are raging with flood '.
Cadee says (in common), 'Or bury me up to my chin in the mud '.
Cadee says (in common), 'but expectant crowds? They'll think me a dud! '.
Cadee sighs again, and stares at her feet.
Cadee says (in common), 'So I stand here afraid and a-shivering scared '.
Cadee says (in common), 'Worried you won't like this thing I've prepared '.
Cadee says (in common), 'Looking out at a crowd full of people who stare '.
Cadee says (in common), 'and the risk I have taken exceeds what I've dared '.
Cadee bites her lip and gazes out at you hesitantly from beneath her lashes, fidgeting again.
Cadee says (in common), 'So I beg you to treat this poor, scared bard gently '.
Cadee says (in common), 'or else off this stage to a hideout I'll flee '.
Cadee says (in common), 'next time I will sing, hopefully not off key, '.
Cadee says (in common), 'but for now I will pray that you just excuse me! '.
Cadee rapidly bows, and scurries off the stage.
