Adventures In Cleaning

Notes: The previous day, Molo had offered Cordir's services to help clean Madman's office. When I attempted to log in that day, for a solid hour, I was unable to connect. I was frantic at the thought of having made The Great Implementor of Pain and Torment Himself wait! This log was originally heavily edited, to get it as close to a 'story' format rather than a 'TFC' format. I have since attempted to revert that editing to return it to the original. (The log is from 1996, and I don't have the original text any more.) Individuals of Note: Cordir, Madman, Molo, Pyros, Nalor, Gwyrdain. Nalor can be seen yelling in the log, as Madman's office is located in a zone out in the world, rather than on the Immortal Plane.

Ceremonial Room
[Exits: east]
A Halloween mask lies here.
(Glowing) A HUGE jack-o-lantern sits here, grinning an evil grin.
A caldron of steaming cider stands here.
(Blue Aura) Flutter is here.
Talen is here.
(Red Aura) Cordir is here.
(Red Aura) The Pumpkin King oversees the festivities.

Cordir gossips 'Good evening, my Lord Implementor... I am reporting for duties as ordered..'

Madman re-echoes: About time you showed up young lady.

Cordir prays, Yikes! I couldn't log in! Connection was refused!'.

Cordir gossips 'Forgive me, Great Lord.. the system denied me access for a moment there..'

Madman re-echoes: A moment?

Madman re-echoes: 59 minutes 27 seconds is a moment?

Cordir gossips 'Yes, Lord Implementor.. For some reason I was not able... frantic though I was to appear as You ordered..'

Nameless tells Cordir '(you are in TrOuBlE :)'.

Someone has transferred you.

The Library of a Mad Mathematician [Exits: none]
(Red Aura) (White Aura) Eyes of fire stare at you from the shadows.

Someone grumbles.

Cordir bows deeply and respectfully.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'I pray Your forgiveness..’
Cordir kneels and abases herself.

Someone nods.

Cordir tries very hard not to gaze about in wonder.
Cordir keeps her eyes on the floor.
Cordir says softly, "Where should I begin cleaning, my Lord?"

Cordir nods in acquiescence to Your wishes.

Someone gives Cordir a French Maid's Outfit.

Someone ftells: 'Greetings Witch'.

Someone says 'keywords are "French" and "outfit"'.

Cordir blushes scarlet.
Cordir nods.
Cordir removes a stony dragonscale torso.
Cordir wears a a French Maid's Outfit on her body.
Cordir blushes.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'My thanks, Great One. I ... certainly am not worthy..’

Cordir ftells, *bow* Greetings, Lord.’

Cordir says with a blush, 'I had mentioned the dress to my Lord the Lich as a possible source of amusement for You... I certainly did not think He would actually mention it to You..’ .

Someone gives Cordir a duster.

Cordir stops using a lock pick.
Cordir holds a duster in her hands.

Someone says 'I hadda…. start cleaning'.

Cordir nods, then says 'Of course, Lord...’

Someone ftells, 'You didn't want to be out of uniform did you, Witch?'.

A demon growls at Cordir. Hey, two can play it that way!

Cordir tilts her head to one side, considering..
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Where to begin... Hmm....’

The Library of a Mad Mathematician
[Exits: none]
Huge bookshelves cover the entire east and north walls; mathematics texts, computer science books, auto racing memorabilia, and other assorted junk crammed in every nook and cranny. Dominating the west wall is a bulletin board with notes, a map of the world, and a blackboard covered with assorted mathematical models of the latest plague virus. Along the south wall is a old oak desk and a big, comfy barco-lounger. On the desk are a couple PC's - one apparently tracking plague statistics, the other churning through some complex iteration in Mathematica. Hung behind the desk is a sign and a poster, and from some secret source comes the thundering sound of Metallica...
(Red Aura) (White Aura) Eyes of fire stare at you from the shadows.

Look EAST:
One whole shelf contains a library of C and Assembler books. The one under to it has complete collections of Ludlum and Clancy, as well as mathematical texts of all types, although most of them deal with differential equations of in some way. Models of Indy Cars and F1 cars sit on another shelf, all by themselves, with a sign in front of them saying, "Look, but DON'T touch!"

Someone tells the demon to keep quiet.

Hundreds of books are crammed in the book shelves. A pile of Rubic's Cubes and Pyramix puzzles partially blocks the lower shelves. They all look like they have been completed, the haphazard arrangement seems to say "Too easy. NEXT puzzle please!"

A huge desk and a comfy chair are here, and between them is a pop machine with a wide variety of choices...Mountain Dew, Squirt, Tropical Twister, Slice, Hires Root Beer, and Crush Cream Soda.

Look WEST:
Oh, the products of a diseased mind... The plague model is too confusing to understand, but the maps of the world marking traps and torments is all to clear!

Cordir nods.
Cordir walks over to the bookshelves.

Nalor yells 'good exp down here Cordir?'.

Cordir stands on tiptoe.

Cordir yells 'Really couldn't say, Nalor..’

Someone whistles appreciatively.

Someone grins evilly.

Cordir tries to reach the high shelves..

Nalor yells 'well don't try'.

Cordir looks perplexed.

Someone says 'I suppose you want a ladder'.

Nalor yells 'leave them all for me'.

Cordir gossips 'Thieves, I strongly recommend you DISABLE your Info..’

Cordir pauses a moment, thinking, then shakes her head, “No.”.
Cordir utters the word, ‘Fly’
You needs some space in order to cast this spell.
Cordir frowns.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Oh.. didn't work.. Well... there goes that idea.. Yes, Please, My Lord.’
Cordir blushes.

Nalor yells 'you doing ids?'.

Cordir yells 'Not right now... '.

Someone drops a ladder.

> get ladder
You can't take that.

The Arch-Lich yells 'Leave my witch alone...she is busy cleaning!'.

Nalor yells 'what good are you'.

Cordir prays, *bow* Thank you, Milord..’
Cordir prays, I did not wish to state what I was doing, or where..’

Nalor yells 'hehe'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'I cannot pick it up, sir..’

Someone yells 'shuddup Nalor - she's busy'.

Nalor yells 'Hi Lich'.

Someone says 'OK'.

Nalor yells 'doh, there a crowd down here'.

Cordir yells 'Shhh... quiet, Nalor..’

Nalor yells 'nod'.

Someone gets a ladder.
Someone drops a ladder.

Cordir gets a ladder.

Someone says 'get to it'.

Cordir carefully leans the ladder against the bookshelf, padding it with her tunic.
Cordir climbs the ladder, then begins dusting the bookshelves.

Books, books, and more books are crammed in here, with a few other odds and ends haphazardly tossed in.

Someone says 'ya missed a spot over there'.

Cordir is careful NOT to hum.
Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), Yes Lord Implementor.’

Someone says 'you hum, the demon bites. He hates humming'.

Cordir dusts the spot she missed.
Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common) , 'Yes lord. No humming.’

Someone says 'you best not have any humming items on ya, he will go crazy'.

Cordir carefully dusts the upper shelf.

Someone ftells, 'sac your blocking Cordir'.

Cordir prays, Can you please take the ruby ring and the blocking off..’

Someone says 'I see 3 of em'

Cordir stops using the Amulet of Blocking.
Cordir sacrifices the Amulet of Blocking to Molo.

Someone says 'put em in a bag before he freaks'.

Cordir stops using the hazy ruby ring.
Cordir puts the hazy ruby ring it a dolphin hide bag.

You are carrying:
a ladder
a bouquet of flowers
(Magical) a mandolin
(Magical) (Humming) a witch's broom
( 5) (Magical) a clear red potion
( 2) a dolphin hide bag
a stony dragonscale torso
a water jug

Cordir puts a witch's broom in a dolphin hide bag.
Cordir breathes a sigh of relief and looks over at the Demon.
Cordir gulps, and dusts.

A demon sleeps.

Someone says 'ooo'.

Cordir lovingly cleans off the books, smiling.

Cordir raises her eyebrow inquiringly.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Lord Implementor?'.

Someone says 'you're lucky he's napping'.

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'I pray he stays that way...’
Cordir chuckles softly.

Someone says 'you best hope he don't snore'.

Cordir moves down to the next shelf.

Someone says 'gets downright loud'.

Cordir begins carefully dusting each book.
Cordir then goes back and dusts the spot she missed.
Cordir continues dusting each book individually.

Someone grumbles.

Cordir smiles at some of the titles. She keeps dusting, though.

Someone looks for his Khore Cannon.

Cordir gets a soft cloth from a dolphin hide bag.

Someone says 'if you see it, let me know'.

Cordir cleans off some of the older books with a soft cloth.
Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Lord Implementor.’

Madman forces everyone to shout ‘TRICK OR TREAT!’

Madman re-echos: Blame that on Elwe

Kollen shouts 'someone has a sick sence of humor'.

Madman re-echos: He wanted to know what you say at Halloween

Cordir pauses and thinks deeply.
Cordir smiles.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'It depends on one's religion, what one says on Halloween..’

Feril gossips 'That’s who I'll be for Holloween.. Super Lag man!..<hear trumpets>'.

Someone growls.

Cordir dusts.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Lord Implementor?'.
Cordir finishes that shelf of books, and takes a step down on the ladder.
Cordir begins working on the third shelf of books.
Cordir uses a soft cloth to dust some of the books extra carefully.

Someone says 'pre-occupied. Brb'.

Cordir nods..
Cordir dusts off the next tome.
Cordir replaces the tome.
Cordir pulls another book off the shelf, dusts the book carefully and reverently, then replaces the book.
Cordir takes the next volume off the shelf.
Cordir dusts the book, marveling at the binding quality, then carefully replaces the book, removing the next.

Someone smiles happily.

Cordir dusts the tome, replaces it, and selects another.

A demon wakes and stands up.

Cordir carefully wipes off the book with a soft cloth.
Cordir looks nervously over at the demon.
Cordir tries to keep her eyes and mind on her work.
Cordir swallows hard, and dusts.

A demon stares at Cordir.

Cordir breaks out into a sweat.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Hello, Milord Demon.’

A demon pokes you in the ribs.

Cordir jumps, nearly falling off the ladder, then smiles nervously at the demon.

A demon laughs at Cordir mercilessly. Hmmmmph.

Someone smirks.

Cordir dusts the next book, being careful to move slowly, non-threateningly.

Someone tells the demon to behave.

Cordir sighs with relief.
Cordir finishes this shelf of books, then steps down to the next lower rung on the ladder.

Someone says 'yer Lich lost link'.

Cordir begins dusting.
Cordir glances around the room, looking for the Lich's Link, wondering if the Demon ate it.
Cordir pauses and thinks deeply.

A demon burps loudly.

Cordir resolutely keeps her mind on her task.
Cordir dusts the next shelf of books.
Cordir pays careful attention to each volume, cleaning it delicately.

Someone yawns. Someone says 'seems no one has any business tonight'.

Cordir removes a book from the shelf that is extra-dusty.

Someone says 'this is a first'.

Cordir carefully cleans off the book, nodding at the Great Implementor's words.

Someone usually has a line to deal with.

Cordir removes a bit of feather fuzz from the leather cover of the Book then replaces the volume on the shelf.

Someone says 'feather fuzz!'.

Someone slaps a demon across the face, leaving a red handprint.

A demon slaps someone across the face, leaving a red handprint.

Cordir nods.

Someone says 'I told you not to molt over there!'.
Someone growls.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'I don't believe it is the tidiest of creatures, Lord Implementor..’

Someone says 'no, he isn’t'.

Cordir takes down the next volume.
Cordir looks around at the blood spatters on the floor.
Cordir pauses and thinks deeply.
Cordir wonders which spatters... no.. she'd better not wonder that..

Someone says 'yeah, those would be from Phooey'.

Cordir blushes.
Cordir hurriedly returns to her task...
Cordir dusts the shelf, burnishing the soft wood.

Someone says 'that big one in the corner was Robert'.

Cordir climbs back up the ladder and polishes the wood of the bookshelf.

Someone says 'Those on the chair were from Dadon'.

Cordir gets a bottle of pine oil, and carefully polishes the bookshelf.
Cordir nods..

Someone says 'and I bet if we moved the desk, we could find some real old ones from Thaygar and Tel'.

Cordir says, barely audibly, "Perhaps my blood will join them, someday.."
Cordir blushes.

Someone says 'you presume much'.

Cordir moves quickly down the ladder.
Cordir goes to the last shelf of books.

Someone grins evilly.

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Indeed, Lord Implementor.. the Lich tells me the same thing..’
Cordir blushes.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'But I do aspire... someday... to Ascend..’

A demon mumbles he is hungry and wonders if the maid could be made to stay for dinner?

Cordir begins dusting the lowest shelf of books, carefully tending to each volume, each tome.
Cordir treats every book as if it was the treasure that it is.. lovingly cleaning each tome.
Cordir wishes she could read more skillfully.
Cordir sighs, and replaces the book on the shelf.
Cordir removes the next book, cleans it, and then replaces it.
Cordir goes back and cleans the spot she missed.
Cordir finishes cleaning all the books on that shelf, then dusts and polishes the shelf itself.
Cordir stands, and gazes about the room.

Cordir examines the bookshelf. Noting the sign, she assiduously avoids the model cars.
Cordir smiles at the Clancy books and wonders if the Great Implementor liked "Executive Orders."

Cordir looks at the west side of the room.
Cordir ponders the wisdom of getting anywhere near the computers.
Cordir shakes her head.
Cordir says, (in old-common), 'Nay... I think that would be a most BAD idea.."
Cordir assiduously avoids the computers, and instead dusts off the soda machine.
Cordir looks at the desk hopelessly.
Cordir sits down and thinks deeply.
Cordir says (in old-common), What to do with THAT.....’

Look DESK:
Pencils, pens, a note pad, and computers cover the surface of the desk. The drawers all seem to be locked. Reaching for a pencil as a souvenir of your visit, you hear demons howl, "HANDS OFF!!!"

Cordir says (in old-common), 'Well... I don't think I want to get anywhere near those computers, so..’
Cordir goes to the other book shelves.
Cordir begins dusting the Rubic's Cubes, then the Pyramix Puzzles.
Cordir dusts the rest of the Puzzles.

Look DOWN:
A well worn carpet covers the floor from wall to wall.

Look UP:
Its to dark to tell what might be up there...but there seems to be something moving, and you hear an occasional howl over the music.

Look SIGN:

Cordir bows to the "Ozzy is King" sign.
Cordir gets out a bottle of cleaner from a dolphin hide bag.
Cordir wipes down the lounger.

Look POSTER: A picture of a Formula 1 race car becoming an airborne missile dominates the scene, with some scrawled autographs from Niki Lauda, Mario Andretti, and Michael Schumacher along the side...

Cordir walks over towards the general area of the demon.
Cordir gulps.
Cordir says hesitantly, "Umm... shoo. I need to clean there.."

There is no response.

Cordir scratches her head.
Cordir says hesitantly, "Ummm... shoo, Mr. Demon..
Cordir says hesitantly, "I have to clean there... move... please?”
Cordir wonders how the heck she is going to get the demon to move.
Cordir shrugs.
Cordir makes an improvised broom of empty bags and her sword.
Cordir makes sure she keeps the bag of humming brooms away from the demon.

Someone notes your resourcefulness.

Cordir begins sweeping the floor.
Cordir bows deeply and respectfully.
Cordir grovels in the dirt.

Someone shoves the demon to the other side of the room.

Cordir sweeps the corners, getting out the featherbunnies.
Cordir sweeps the siderails, cleaning off the dust.
Cordir sweeps the length of the room.
Cordir looks over at the Demon's perch.
Cordir swallows hard, and asks hesitantly, "Is .. is it safe, my Lord Implementor?"

Someone nods.
Someone says 'yeah'.

Cordir walks quickly over to the demon perch, getting on her hands and knees and scrubs the floor.

Someone ftells, ' NOT get that demon wet!'.

Cordir scraps at the encrustations beneath the perch.

Cordir ftells, *nod* It moved to the other side of the room..’

Cordir is careful not to splash cleaning water anywhere near anything..
Cordir scrubs the floor, cleaning up the food scraps and blood stains.
Cordir plucks a feather up off the floor and marvels at its lovely color.

Someone growls.

Cordir resumes scrubbing.
Cordir murmurs, "Pardon me, Milord."
Cordir scrubs the stains from the floor.
Cordir scoots over a bit, to get the spot she missed.

Someone whistles appreciatively..

Cordir finally gets the last of the ... stuff?.. from the floor.

> You feel weaker.
Cordir utters the words, 'strength'.
Cordir really puts her back into scrubbing the perch.
Cordir sits up and brushes the hair from her face.
Cordir improvises a kerchief to keep the hair out of her face as she scrubs.
Cordir nods.
Cordir takes firm grip on her scrub brush and gets back to work.
Cordir finishes the perch.
Cordir stands.
Cordir surveys the floor.

Nameless tells Cordir 'how is it going Lady Cordir?'.

Cordir tells Nameless 'Now is a bad time'.

Cordir goes over to the one spot she missed and scrubs the spot.

Nameless tells Cordir '*nod* later'.

Cordir puts away the scrub brush.
Cordir gets out a NON-humming broom.

Someone looks at the work in progress.

Cordir sweeps out from beneath the desk, carefully avoiding all and any contact with the computers.
Cordir coughs at the dust being raised.

Someone grumbles.

Cordir sweeps under the chair.

A demon wanders back to the perch.

Cordir scoots away from that side of the room.
Cordir resumes sweeping as far from the demon as she can.

A demon scowls.

Cordir gulps.
Cordir bows deeply before the demon, then resumes her work.

A demon sniffs the perch.

Cordir sweeps under the couch.
Cordir wonders how many socks and quarters are under there..

A demon growls.

Cordir lifts up the couch cushions.
Cordir cleans out all the debris.
Cordir wonders what the heck to do with it all..

A demon perches on the perch.

Cordir pulls out a half-eaten bag of Doritos.
Cordir blinks.
Cordir looks around for the garbage can.

Someone says 'those were dm's'.

Cordir shrugs, and tucks the bag of Doritos in a dolphin hide bag.
Cordir nods.

Cordir lifts the other cushion and gasps!
Cordir shudders.

Someone drops a garbage can.

Cordir cleans out nameless Spawn from beneath the cushions.
Cordir puts the half-eaten bag of Doritos in the garbage can.

Kylera tells you (in common), 'you are the evillest, most vile creature I have ever met.’

Cordir wonders when Thaygar was visiting as she picks up the spawn.

Cordir tells Kylera (in old-common) '*bow* Thank you, dear.’

Someone nods.

Kylera tells you (in common), 'I am this close <> to hating you.’

Someone says 'yeah. He hides them all over'

Cordir tells Kylera (in old-common), '*bow* Fine..’

Cordir drops the formless spawn in the garbage can.

Kylera tells Cordir ' least you could speak elven or common'.

Cordir gets a bit of bunny fur from beneath the cushions.

Madman re-echos : Welcome Family T’sorran.

Cordir tells Kylera (in old-common), ' 'Its Thoras, the most beautiful language..’

Cordir grins at the bunny fur.

Someone says 'panther did that'.

Cordir puts the bunny fur in the garbage.
Cordir winces.

The Panther purrs contentedly.

> You feel weaker.
Cordir utters the words, 'strength'.
Cordir needs her strength for this job.

Cordir 's eyes widen as she looks at the lovely panther.

Cordir finishes cleaning out from beneath the cushions.

Someone grabs the Panther's leash and restrains her.

Cordir puts all of her terrifying finds in the garbage can.
Cordir replaces the cushions, then removes the slipcovers.
Cordir carefully shakes off the slipcovers into the garbage can, then replaces the slipcovers one by one.
Cordir dusts off the back of the couch.
Cordir frowns at the Coke stain.
Cordir gets a bottle of cleaner from a rattrap, and pours some cleaner on a soft cloth.
Cordir cleans up the Coke stain.
Cordir frowns.
Cordir scrubs a bit harder at the stain.
Cordir makes the stain flee.

Someone says 'they won’t fess up'.

Cordir raises her eyebrow inquiringly.

Someone says 'wasn’t an imp'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'As to who did it?'.

Someone says 'us imps drink Dew'.

Cordir nods..

Someone nods.

Cordir resumes cleaning the couch.

Madman re-echoes: thats a trip

Cordir says (in old-common), 'Pardon, Great One? A trip?’

Someone says 'global echo'.

Cordir nods. Cordir says (in old-common), 'Pardon.’ Cordir gets back to work.
Cordir gets down on hands and knees and peers under the couch.

Someone tells Cordir 'I hope you are capturing all this?'.

Cordir gasps at the horrors thusly revealed.

Cordir tells someone 'nod. Of course.’
Cordir nods, and shivers.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Indeed, lord.. Perhaps a task for.. ummm... Tokugawa, or someone of his size.... but not for I.’

Someone says 'perhaps Cordir'.

Pyros arrives from a puff of smoke.

Someone says 'what's up Pyros'.

Cordir bows deeply before the Fire Lord.

Pyros says 'as you know, my follower Jazz got into trouble today, etc.’

Someone nods.

Cordir wonders if she should sleep.

Someone says 'keep cleaning'.

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'yessir.’

[The entirety of this conversation between immortals has been deleted from the log.]

Cordir puts away a polishing cloth and wields a broom.
Cordir quietly sweeps the corners.
Cordir unobtrusively sticks a bit of cotton in each ear.
Cordir sweeps the other corner.

Pyros licks Cordir.
Cordir winces. Ouch!
Cordir sweeps the other two corners of the room.
Cordir is running out of corners to sweep.
Cordir pauses and thinks deeply.
Cordir sweeps the cobwebs from the ceiling.
Cordir coughs from the dust.
Cordir pulls a cobweb from her hair.

Gwyrdain tells you (in elven) 'Greetings, lady Cordir. *bow* How is all with you?'.

Someone says 'almost done Cordir?'.

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Almost, milord.’

Someone says 'pick up yer trash can there'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'If You wish... I can finish later?'

Cordir gets a garbage can.
Cordir nods..

Someone says 'you can finish now'.

Cordir nods..
Cordir rapidly sweeps the rest of the floor.
Cordir finishes tidying the room.

Cordir tells Gwyrdain 'I can't talk right now. Later?'.

Cordir surveys the room to make sure she didn't miss anything.
Cordir nods.

Cordir kneels and trembles in Your presence.
Cordir says hesitantly, "My Lord Implementor, I'm finished, sir.."

Someone says 'one sec Pyros'.

Someone inspects the office.

Cordir trembles.

Someone checks the shelves.

Pyros grins evilly.

Someone looks around the furniture.

Cordir swallows hard, following the shadow of the Implementor around the room.

Someone gestures and the demon levitates.

Cordir winces.

Someone looks under the demon.

Pyros grins evilly.

Someone gestures and the demon settles back.

Someone says 'ok. The office is clean'.

Cordir breathes a sigh of relief.

Someone says 'now'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Lord?'.

Someone says 'time for the demon'.

Cordir winces. Ouch!
Cordir says (in old-common), 'My Lord?'.

Someone says 'time for the demon's bath'.

Cordir shivers in fear.

Pyros winces. Ouch!

Cordir murmurs hesitantly, “My Lord... the Lich did advise me to NOT get that demon wet... Something about it... umm... being bad?"

A demon screams loudly!

Someone looks at the demon.

A demon mutters something to someone.

Someone tells the demon, "You smell, that's why."

Cordir gulps.

A demon mutters something to someone.

Someone sits down and thinks deeply.

A demon mutters something to someone.

Cordir watches the conversation, in fear and concern.

Someone tells the demon, "Ok."

Someone says 'bath next week'.

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Lord.’
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Is there anything else You wish of me?'.

Someone says 'he wants time to write letters saying good bye to all his friends'.

Pyros sits down and thinks deeply.

Cordir looks over at the poor demon.

Someone says 'seems he scared of water or something - thinks he will melt'.

Cordir sends a wordless glance of comfort at the demon.
Cordir nods..
Cordir says (in old-common), 'I... have heard tale of such.. But…I have also heard that witches melt in water.. and I do not..’
Cordir swishes her hands in the cleaning water... pointedly noticing they do NOT melt...

A demon sits down and thinks deeply.
A demon watches with interest.

Cordir says softly, "I think it will be all right, Demon..."

A demon nods.

Cordir says softly, "And besides.. it will pretty your feathers… And all the succubi will find you more attractive.."

A demon will think on it.

Cordir nods. in recognition to it.

Someone says 'ok Cordir'.

Cordir kneels.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, Great One?'.

Someone says 'same time next week'.

Cordir nods..
Cordir says (in old-common), 'Yes, sir.’

Someone waves happily.

Cordir waves. Cordir bows deeply and respectfully.

Someone has transferred Cordir to....

The Mausoleum of Molo, The Arch Lich
[Exits: east]

Cordir nods..
Cordir tries to stop shaking.
Cordir takes a deep breath, kneels down on the floor, and takes strength from the Unholy essence around her.
Cordir smiles as calm infuses her.

> c "create spring" -
A magical spring flows from the ground.
Cordir drinks from a spring.

Cordir pauses and thinks deeply.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'I will have to remember that spell for washing the demon, next week..’

Someone raises an eyebrow.
Someone says 'Washing the demon?'

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'That is my task for next week. But the demon is afraid… He thinks he will melt if the water touches him. I showed him that even thought it is rumored witches melt in water.. they do not..’

Someone says 'Make sure you take a purple potion'.
Someone grins evilly.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'True, milord. Wise indeed..’
Cordir smiles shakily.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'My Lord, were You present in the Great Implementor's office?'

Someone shakes his head.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'Pardon, His library. I was not certain.’

Someone says 'You were his for that time'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'I hope I did not outrage the thieves.. I did warn them to turn off info.3....’

Cordir nods.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'This is true.. But I still felt Your dread presence, and knew I had to be at my best to live up to Your expectations of service..’
Cordir kneels and trembles in Your presence.

Cordir gossips ‘I apologize to any thief that got spammed by my infos, the last little while.. but it was rather.. necessary…'

Someone says 'Are you not exping today?'.

Cordir says (in old-common), 'The Lord Implementor commanded me get a description. I am inputting it now.’
Cordir blushes scarlet.
Cordir says (in old-common), 'It’s not quite done yet.. As soon as I am finished, I do hope to get out and exp..’

Your description is
