Area Lore/Back Story
(From the area proposal) Tier Sh’Halen is.. well, was.. a small but thriving village of artisans, and contained a famous library. They were rather unfortunately destroyed by the passing of the Wyld in It’s last Time of Waking (around the time of Thalos’s destruction). It’s entrance has lain undiscovered in the little valley in the mountains that was it’s shelter, until recently…
