Official Information

Lanae was the Avatar of the Chosen of Fate, created for Khore's Avatar Wars in 2004, and recreated in 2005. On occasion, Cordir will challenge groups to see if they can slay Lanae within a specified period of time. One of the elements of the Avatar Wars was that the avatar had to be hidden in a zone (no locked doors), and tracked down by the members of opposing followings. In 2004, Lanae was hidden in "The Short Way to Hell ..." in the Chapel Catacombs.

Player Provided Information / Trivia

  • Lanae is rumored to have over 20,000 hit points.
  • Lanae was an homage to Lanfear.
  • In January of 2005, Wylin asked Cordir to let Lanae camp out in his saloon for a while. She agreed, much to the surprise of his followers. In March of the same year, Kerriariadne made the same request.
  • In October of 2006, Lanae decided to camp out in the Room of Records for a while, and later The Baths.

Description

Lanae, Cordir's avatar, is here.

Wyld magics surge and pulse in a visible aura around Lanae.
It tugs at the silver waterfall of her hair, causing it to
reach out like tendrils of molten silver to caress you. An
impish grin curves her sensual lips, and her emerald green
eyes hold secrets best left unspoken. A soft and seductive
whisper brushes against your mind, rather than your ears:

* I am Lanae, Avatar of the Weaver. *

She spins in a graceful movement, midnight-dark hands deft
in their movement, shaping and Weaving the magics that are
so gleeful at her touch.

* All of existance is the Pattern. What do YOU weave? *
Lanae is in perfect health.
