- Travel to Ruins of the Citadel to find the Sigil Draktha was an entry requirement to join the Chosen of Fate. Petitioners then entered N'Kai proper for the joining ceremony.
- N'Kai was the location of several large-scale roleplay scenes for the Chosen of Fate.
