Nameless' Quest

Notes: Nameless Demonspawn was a member of the Silver Fellowship. His persona was that of a Daemon - a half-breed of human and demonic heritage, the son of Ebencaleneezer. It was his goal to obtain a restring (demon wings) to enhance his description and bring his demonic appearance to life. This was the quest written by Cordir on behalf of Gryphon, whom they both worshiped. Nameless was able to complete the quest, and received the restring as part of his birthday party.

As your wings are a Perfect expression of both an angelic and demonic nature, your quest to earn them will involve a variety of acts, true to the primary goals of the Fellowship - self-knowledge and the honing of the self and soul.

• Although you have rejected the taking of names, there is power and importance in them - as well as family honor. The rejection of your self value by the refusal to acknowledge yourself with a name is contradictory to the Path of the Fellowship - *things* have no name; beings seeking enlightenment and Perfection, do. If you are not worthy of a Name, you are not worthy of the Path. Choose a True Name. It need only be known to yourself, and one other. Know that the Choosing of a Name does not necessarily grant Demonic Powers, but rather the beginnings of valuing yourself. In addition, learn your Mother’s name, and the names of the other two sons of Ebencaleneezer.

• The Demon Realm is your heritage. Find one of the entrances to it, and be able to describe how you got there, and could return. (Assistance is permitted, but only in a secondary position. Simply following a stronger individual there is not in the spirit of the task.)

• Find and slay two demons - one for each wing. Bring their corpses - undecayed - to the Temple and sacrifice them to the Temple Floor, showing your acknowledgment that your heritage is both a burden, and blessing.

• Perform Three Acts of Service: One to an enemy, one to a friend, and one to yourself. • Spend time in self-contemplation, and be ready to discuss your three greatest weaknesses, and how you can work erradicating them in your Quest for Perfection.

• Sharpen your gaze, to see through illusions and falsehoods that could trick you from your Path. Find and wear an Amulet of True Sight.

• Locate the proper object for transmutation into your wings - A Golden, Sand, or White Robe.
