As a mortal, Tokugawa worshipped Cerebus and Foolkiller. Tokugawa was
created sometime prior to 08/23/95.
Tokugawa was the first god+ to skip Lesser God. He went directly from
Demigod to God.
As a Greater God, Tokugawa is responsible for area coordination. He
also co-wrote Kharad-Delving with Cordir.
Tokugawa was promoted to Ambassador on January 17, 1998.
Tokugawa was promoted to Demigod on June 6, 1998.
