Lancelot: Ode to the Hunters of the Black Conclave
Mon Jun 10 20:18:01 1996
To: all

Father Rogue, KNOWLEDGE he teaches,
His best sermons his mace preaches
journeyed in the guild one day
to find the Father had become the prey.

Three fair hunters of the Black Conclave
Grouped, three against one: sign of the brave --
seeking to bring the verbose one down,
his attire to take and pass around.

Azra, most spineless of the three,
He was the first of them to flee.
His feathers ruffled, his bravery gone
this tiny little bird flew back home.

Sadow, unequipped, nary a brain cell
fought one round longer 'fore his courage, too, fell.
They left alone one lonely mage
to face the brunt of Father Rogue's rage.

Salem, Black Dragon of the silly Conclave
fled east, then west, much ground he gave...
Father Rogue gave lighthearted chase
letting the Conclave save a little face.

The end result of the Conclave against one,
is the one still stands and the three only run.
Father Rogue laughs in the face of the three
who heard the sermon, 'Evil must Flee'

"Purify our soul, dear Father!"
their evil souls request --
PURIFY YOUR SOULS I WILL
AS I HUNT YOU TO YOUR DEATH!

Father Rogue watches.
