Abnormally tall and slender for a snowman, Sledward does not strike fear into
the heart of those who are only admiring of size. The thin sticks of his arms
have a grace of movement: dexterous rather than mighty.  His coal eyes hold a
ferocious determination to do battle against even the mightiest, no matter if
the conclusion may be foregone. His weapons may well prove to be insufficient,
but his wit is sharper than the deadliest rapier and it has kept him alive so
far. With one twig, he pushes up the glasses that perch atop his narrow nose,
gathers his thoughts and his courage, and prepares to fight for the integrity,
honor, and Lady of the Lost.
