The Mausoleum of Molo, the Arch-Lich

You see a large mausoleum resting in a hushed silence. A cloud of darkness envelopes the tomb, and the essence of evil permeates the very air. A low mist surrounds your feet. A dais extends from the south wall, forming a circular area. The floor, steps, and walls are of black obsidian, highly polished and gleaming. Four steps lead to the upper platform, and upon it sits a great throne of dark purplish basalt, with leering demon faces and carved grinning skulls.

Look North
A tapestry depicts the Mark of the Black Conclave, made of the burning symbol of the Arch-Lich embedded on the unholy Crest of Lord Nash.

Look East
You see the solid obsidian door of the crypt.

Look South
A tapestry depicts the Arch-Lich as a mortal cackling joyfully as he tears cities, mortals, and a large pirate ship torn asunder with dozens of large falling fiery rocks.

Look West
Your eyes play tricks. You see darting movement out of the corner of your eye, just at the edge of vision; but when you shift your gaze towards such, of course, there is nothing there at all.

Look Up
The ceiling's exact height is not discernible due to the inky darkness above you.

Look Down
A solid obsidian grate embossed with the symbol of the Arch-Lich melds perfectly into the floor.

Look dais
Four steps lead to the upper platform, and upon it is a great throne of dark purplish basalt, with leering demon faces and carved grinning skulls. Above the throne, in an old language, are chiseled some words you can barely make out.

Written in the ancient language Thoras (old-common) are the words: "Seek the Black Conclave if power is what you wish".

Molo's Final Resting Place

Look REMAINS:
As Molo travels the realms, his frightful physical remains are left here. For
an arch-lich of such power needs no body. The Arch-Lich is a hideous sight,
the decaying form of a man, dressed in black over red dragon-scale armor. The
rotting form rises from its repose and regards you with intelligent, evil eyes.

Look NORTH:
Against the north wall is a massive coffin made of onyx with streaks of
crimson, set upright and open.

Look EAST:
Long tapers burn in long ornate holders resting on the floor against the
wall.

Look SOUTH:
A beautiful tapestry hangs here, depicting Lord Nash tearing the Scroll
of SuperNova, while a heavily bound book soars from his grip.

Look WEST:
Along the west wall is a tapestry of ornate design depicting Lord Sirak
speaking to the Arch-Lich with a mean looking duergar lurking in the shadows.

Look UP:
A solid obsidian grate embossed with the symbol of the Arch-Lich melds
perfectly into the ceiling above.

Look DOWN:
A swirling mist covers the obsidian floor.
