Constitution is a measure of one's general health and hardiness.
This is how the races rank in average constitution:
1- Ogres
2- Dwarves Minotaurs
3- Gnomes Giants
4- Humans
5- Half-elves Halflings Aarakocra
6- Elves Sahuagin
