Constitution is a measure of one's general health and hardiness.
This is how the races rank in average constitution:
1- Ogres
2- Dwarves Minotaurs
3- Gnomes Giants
4- Humans
5- Half-elves Halflings Aarakocra
6- Elves Sahuagin
Those with higher constitutions are said to earn more Hit Points when advancing levels, they also regenerate depleted hit points at a higher rate than normal. High constitution can even boost your base hit points, under current code. Those with high constitutions are also more resilient, preventing them from catching diseases.
