Clerk

The clerk handles thousands of records and files for all of the beings
traversing this world. As he turns, you see him holding a file with your
name on it. Rubbing his palms together greedily, he winks and says in a
low whispered voice, "Perhaps we might be able to clean up this record
before the Magistrate and his bounty hunters catch sight of it. What
some might call a BRIBE, others would say is just expediting the process."

Tips/Use:

• The clerk is responsible for lowering your debt by using the bribe command.
