'BROKER USE' Syntax: LOCATE [options] bid <gold amount>

There are many options. Use only what you absolutely need, since over- specifying an item will make it difficult or impossible to locate. Valid specifiers are: TYPE, WEIGHT, WEARFLAGS, EXTRAFLAGS, AFFECT, MATERIAL, PREFERENCE, LEVEL, SPELL, CHARGES, DAMAGETYPE, AVG, and AC. Note that not all specifiers are used for all item types. Mish will happily accept any impossible combination that you specify, such as weapons with spells. For more help on these specifiers, see HELP BROKER <specifier> (e.g. HELP BROKER TYPE, HELP BROKER SPELL). The options can be specified in any order, and can often be abbreviated. In most cases, each option should only be specified once. WEARFLAGS and EXTRAFLAGS are the exceptions.

For example: LOCATE AFFECT DAM 3 BID 40000 indicates that you will pay 40,000 gold for a +3 damage item, regardless of item type or wear location. LOCATE TYPE WAND SPELL CONFUSION CHARGE 3 LEVEL 25 BID 10000 specifies that you are looking for a wand with level 25 confusion and at least 3 charges, and that you will pay 10,000 gold for it.
