'BROKER EXTRAFLAGS'
Extra flags specify which extra flags you *DO NOT* want on a specified item.
By default, all extra flags are acceptable. Options are: glow, hum, evil,
invis, magic, nd (no-drop), ag (anti-good), ae (anti-evil), an (anti-neutral),
au (anti-unaligned), nr (no-remove), metallic, good, 2ha (two-handed),
and neutral.
For example, LOCATE TYPE WEAPON EXTRA MAGIC EXTRA 2HA AVG 9 BID 1000
would start a search for a non-magical weapon one-handed weapon that
is average 9.
