'BROKER CHARGES'
Specifies a minimum number of charges that the item can have. If this
option is used more than once, only the last instance is used. This only
works for some item types.
For example, LOCATE TYPE RING LEVEL 20 SPELL BLESS CHARGES 4 BID 1000 starts a
search for a ring that has a 20th level bless spell and 4 charges in it.
