'BROKER AVG'
Only useful for weapons. If specified more than once, only the last instance
is used. Indicates that weapon must do at least this average damage, and
must be a whole number.
For example, LOCATE TYPE WEAPON AVG 10 BID 1000 looks for any weapon that
does an average of at least 10 damage.
