'BROKER AC'
Specifies the minimum acceptable armor class value. Useful for armor and
jewelry. If specified more than once, only the last instance is used.
Must be a whole number.
For example, LOCATE TYPE ARMOR AC 15 BID 1000 looks for any armor that
has an armor class of at least 15.
