[ 15] Craige: Dmg and mobs

I agree. Making xp more difficult is simply rediculous.
I think one of the reasons people get depressed and leave tfc is because they dont want to spend literally "hundreds and hundreds" of hours xping

I for one think the dam cap is a great thing. I think it should remain
as it is for both players and mobs. Xp will still be perfectly possible,
especially if group xp proves good. The dam cap applying to mobs will
make those hard areas even more of a challenge - you will need bigger
groups, and it will be more challenging adventuring..
Good work :)

[ 19] Mordith: Damage Cap VS Spell Damage

What is the difference between a player doing a 100hp swing vs a player
doing a 100hp rift? With the new change shamans have become much more poweful
If the attempt is to balance out things, than wouldn't it make sense to cap
Rift at muti-evisc as well....

Well Mordith, if a single class Shaman rifts for say 100 hp, vs you, i would say that you (even wearing 30 dam) has the advantage
Say you land 3 shots for 50 damage, that's 150. 50 points more than a Shaman pulls with his rift of 100hp. Should rift damage be changed?
I think not.

Don't be a fool Tiberius
If a shaman was wearing DA you wouldnt be swinging 50 on them
If they were wearing damage they would be swinging 50 on you + 100hp rifts

Just curious Tiberius, if that said shaman is wearing +30 da how is Mordith going to swing 50 on him?

Oh alright, well let's take away backstab from Thieves, oh and
how about link and heal from clerics, maybe that would even things out.
My goodness, clerics have sanc to take half the damage of it, let's
all whine about it. You don't see me whining that I can get backstabbed
for a large amount of damage or that I don't have a heal like spell,
I could, but there is NO reason to. Every class has its advantage
and its disadvantage, take it or leave it.
