'BROKER SPELL'
Specifies a required spell. If this option is specified more than once,
the last instance is used. Note that this only works for some item
types.
Viable options include any spell name.
For example, LOCATE TYPE RING LEVEL 20 SPELL BLESS BID 1000 starts a
search for a ring that has a 20th level bless spell in it.
