SLUE!!

A masked man with muscles bulging all over his body. You can tell by
the look in his eyes that he enjoys seeing you cower in his presence.
Then he starts whistling "It's a dumb song afterall..." and you cringe,
causing him to cackle all the more.
Slue has a special twinkle in his eye.
