Things You Should Not Do.<BR>

The following things are allowed, but should not be done:<BR>

Killing the same victim more than once during their current level<BR>
without being justified.<BR>
Killing someone that is more than 15 effective levels lower than you<BR>
without being justified.<BR>

And What If I Do?<BR>
<BR>
Doing the above can result in earning extra debt, or may even give<BR>
you permanent debt, which will limit you from attacking those at<BR>
the lower end of your PK range.  The effects of the latter will slowly<BR>
dissipate as you level.  Both types of debt can be bribed (HELP [[bribe|BRIBE]])<BR>
away.<BR>
