CLAIM
Syntax: claim prize
Claim is a system for distributing vouchers for quest prizes on a random
basis.
A character that is given a prize to claim has 7 days to 'claim prize',
or the prize is lost. Claim prize creates a note in inventory that can
then be presented to a god+ for redemption. Prize vouchers can also be
traded with other mortals. Prize vouchers are good for a limited time,
and expire by the date listed on the voucher.
