Syntax: BID <AUCTION #> <GOLD>
        BID CANCEL <AUCTION #>         [god+]

Mish the Broker will also sometimes auction items she comes across. Use
the BID command to bid on those auctions.

The auction number is required to help insure that you are bidding on
the item that is currently being auctioned. It is only possible to bid
on an item during its auction period.

The minimum bid is generally a certain percentage higher than the
current bid, to avoid prolonged auctions where bidders increment the
bids by tiny amounts.

BID LIST [god+] shows the items in the auction queue, for
troubleshooting purposes.

BID ADD allows god+ to add items to the auction queue. An optional
minimum bid can also be supplied.

BID CANCEL cancels a bid, and returns that item to the inventory of the
god+ that canceled the auction.

BID MINBID sets a minimum bid on an item after it has been added.
