'BROKER PREFERENCE'
Specifies whether the selected item can be a limited item. If specified
more than once, the last instance is used.
Valid options are: 0 (any), 1 (random/non-limited only), or 2 (limited
only).
For example, LOCATE PREFERENCE 2 BID 1000 would start a search for any
limited item.
