Official Information
'FREE REFORM'
Free reforms can be done by any God+. A free reform will be granted upon
request in the following situations:
1. If you are effective level 10 or less, we will deem you as not having
been "old enough" to choose wisely.
2. If your immortal is currently listed upon the Inactive List posted to
the FYI list.
3. If your immortal is currently at Cult status.
4. If your immortal has taken you out of play (e.g. put you in a room
naked with no way to escape).
