This template gives summary information about a following. All fields are optional. Leave unused or unknown fields blank but intact, so that it is easy to add missing information.

|led_by            = Following-Level Immortal (founder) of following
|created           = Date following was created
|disbanded         = Date following was disbanded, typically due to retirement or promotion
|holy_symbol       = Short description of holy symbol
|alignment         = Following alignment
|pk_model          = Only for followings that existed when PK Models were in effect
|attendants        = Immortal attendants.  Separate each with <br />
|imm_followers     = Any Immortals that were a member of following as mortals.  Separate each with <br />
|ordained          = Following's Ordained Mortals.  Separate each with <br />
|allies            = Notable allied followings.  Separate each with <br />
|enemies           = Notable enemy followings.  Separate each with <br />
