Affect searches for a certain item trait, at atleast the requested level.
Valid Options:
str, dex, int, wis, con, chr, luc
hr, dam, svs, da, mr
mana, hit (hitpoints), move, ac (armor class)
blo (blocking), health (health), ts (true seeing), at (anti-theft), obs (obscurity), wake (wakefulness), ste (steadfastness), fam (familiarity), water (waterbreathing)
Examples:
LOCATE AFF SVS -3 BID 1000
To find atleast a -3svs item
(would also match if a -4svs item was found)
LOCATE AFF DAM 3 BID 1000
To find a 3dmg item (or higher) in any slot).
