Syntax: zap <target>

ZAP unleashes the power of a wand you are holding. If you specify a target,
they will feel the effects of the power. In combat, the target is assumed
to be your opponent unless you specify another target. If you are not fighting,
a target MUST be specified. Wands have multiple charges, and when the charges
are used up, the wand is consumed.
