Kollen Der. Spent his youth running away from who he is. He spent 
years after that trying to who who he was running from. He found 
that person in Nature, but he then ran away again. He now lives 
in Mischief, doing as he wishes, helping those in need, and having 
fun where he wants to. Over his years he has been called many things, 
aquired many remnants of yesterday, a lot of which are in tattoos', body art, 
something he does love. 
 
<Kollen's tattoos' are> 
<worn about wrist> A small jade leaf 
<worn on chest> <Magical>A red heart drippings three drops of blood. 
<worn on forearm> <Glowing>The Royal Symbol of Malenest 
<wrapped about forarm> <Red Aura>a scarlet letter "S" 
<worn on back> black letters that read "porn star" 
<worn across stomach> words of blue saying "I like girls" 
 
Kollen is pretty much an average elf. He likes to be noticed, and known, 
but really all he wants is to be left alone, and to have fun. 
Kollen is in perfect health. 
 
Kollen is using:

The Magistrate takes his place at the bench and calls the court to order. 
 
Daelin is so excited that he cheers just for the hell of it.

The Magistrate says, 'Kollen, your record is a might bit black!'. 
The Magistrate scowls and rubs his chin. 
 
Raistlin smiles happily. 
 
The Magistrate slams down the gavel! 
The Magistrate says, 'Kollen, you will be jailed until you pay 4674 gold.'. 
The Magistrate says, 'The Jailor will collect it when you have it.'. 
The Magistrate says, 'You've been checked for weapons, and those found taken.'. 
The Magistrate says, 'Grigg will sell them to defray the cost of trial.'. 
 
Kollen vanishes in a puff of black smoke! 
 
(Boyardee runs over to Grigg's)

Weapons of all sorts line the walls of the shop, most the confiscated 
items of those who ended up in one of the jail cells in the Hall of 
Knowledge. Perhaps you can find a bargain here amoung the refuse...just 
be aware that those fresh out of jail may not see the legitimacy of 
your claim to ownership. But Grigg, Grigg doesn't care about any of 
that...all he cares about is your gold and getting some, or all, of it. 
And if he can't get it by selling you something, he will be more than 
happy to take a cut from whatever his cousin Tomas charges to repair 
your sorry equipment. 
Tomas stands by the counter, awaiting armor to repair. 
Grigg eyes your gold, smiles, and asks what he can do for you.

Bailiff's Office 
[Exits: north down] 
This office is very spartan and contains only a large desk next to a grate 
in the floor heading down. A sign on the wall clearly states that visiting 
hours are during daylight hours only and that all visitors must purchase 
a "visitor's pass". 
(White Aura) The Bailiff stands here selling passes and guarding the jails. 
(Hide) (White Aura) A Bounty Hunter discusses criminals with the Bailiff. 
 
The Bailiff reaches out and blocks your way. 
The Bailiff says, 'Hey! FREEZE! Give me your pass! NOW!' 
 
You buy a jail pass. 
 
The Bailiff reaches out and blocks your way.

You give a jail pass to the Bailiff. 
 
The Bailiff says, 'Hey! FREEZE! Give me your pass! NOW!' 
 
You buy a jail pass. 
You don't have a hand free to hold a jail pass. 
You stop using a metal kite shield. 
You hold a jail pass in your hands. 
 
The Bailiff says, 'You may enter. Be out before closing...or else!' 
 
Jailor's Guard Post 
[Exits: south up] 
This filthy guard post evidently does not see much of the loot collected 
from the sale of passes or from the bribes collected from the releasing 
of prisoners. Cell doors appear to the east and west while a sturdy grate 
is overhead.

The Jailor says, 'How much?'. 
The Jailor takes Daelin's gold.
