The Buried Shrine 
[Exits: west] 
The passageway opens up into a small room with dirty stone walls and floor. 
In the center of the floor is an altar made entirely out of the white tusks of 
the great mastodon. This ancient altar must have once been a holy shrine for 
some long forgotten peoples of the savannah. One can only guess that it sank 
deep beneath the savannah as the mud flats consumed their village above. 
The sky is rainy and a cold northern gust blows. 

A spell lingers here. 

(Glowing) An altar of tusks fills one corner of the room. 
(Light Blue Aura) (White Aura) Mbaka the Shaman Spirit dwells here. 
This place is not in tune with nature. 
Daisy arrives from the west.

Even in death, Mbaka the village shaman spirit protects the shrine of his 
long-buried village. The knowledge he amassed during his lifetime is nothing 
compared to what he has learned in the thousands of years that he has haunted 
this shrine. Unfortunately, despite is power, he is forever trapped in this 
underground tomb.
