In the explanations below, NOTE can be replaced with FYI, TYPO, BUG,<BR><br />
or BOARD. <BR><br />

NOTE TO sets the list of recipients. The recipient ALL means all players,<BR> <br />
and the recipient IMMORTAL means all immortals. A message can be addressed to <BR><br />
'lesser', 'god', 'greatergod', and 'imp', as well. NOTE TO is not allowed<BR><br />
on the BOARD list - all posts to the BOARD list are posted to the following.<BR><br />
NOTE TO is also not used for the BUG or TYPO lists.<BR><br />
<BR><br />
NOTE SUBJECT sets the subject line of a new message. Use NOTE + to write<BR><br />
message lines onto the note, one line at a time. NOTE SHOW shows your<BR><br />
note in progress. NOTE CLEAR starts over. NOTE POST posts your note for<BR><br />
reading. Posting is not automatic. BUG POST ANONYMOUS posts your<BR><br />
note anonymously. Its purpose is to report bugs which are being popularly<BR><br />
abused, and would have repercussions should your identity be known.<BR><br />
NOTE - clears the last text line. NOTE REPLACE replaces the last text line<BR><br />
with the specified text. NOTE REPOST <msg number> removes a note that<BR><br />
has already been posted and puts it into composition mode. NOTE GET <msg<BR><br />
number> removes a note that has already been posted, and puts the text<BR><br />
into the text buffer (HELP [[text|TEXT]]). NOTE TEXT appends the contents of the<BR><br />
text buffer into the note currently being composed.<BR><br />
