The reason for this freeze is an insufficient player base&lt;BR&gt;<br /> to sustain more following-level Immortals (FLIs). I need to balance the&lt;BR&gt;<br /> desire to allow mortals the opportunity to lead a following with the&lt;BR&gt;<br /> number of players available to follow a FLI.&lt;BR&gt;<br /> &lt;BR&gt;<br /> The freeze will be in effect until the number of active Ambassadors,&lt;BR&gt;<br /> Attendants, and FLIs falls below 8.
