"Your armor's untied," smirks the dwarf before you. Looking down instinctively, you<br />
mutter a curse as you catch yourself too late. "Gotcha." His tone is gravelly and you<br />
can hear the grin hidden underneath his mustache and beard. Dark eyes filled with<br />
humor flash at you from beneath thick brows.<br />

Not your average dwarf, you think, looking him over. While the fellow before you has<br />
the massive arms and tree-trunk-like legs of his race, his facial hair is short and<br />
neatly trimmed, and there's something about his demeanor - the confident, yet taciturn<br />
way he holds himself - that seems unusual. "Heh. Short beard keeps yer god from<br />
grabbing it when he goes crazy, you see," he explains. Then it is his turn to catch<br />
himself. "Well, I mean, it sorta kept Foolkiller from doing it.. I just can't see the<br />
Lady" He smirks at the very thought. <br />
<br />
"Well, enough lazing about. Things to do, you know." He gathers up his weapons, idly<br />
picking one fleshy gobbet off the gleaming curve of his axe. "Theif-bits. Gotta be<br />
careful of that. They'll dull the edge faster'n dragon hide." He adjusts his finely<br />
crafted (if a bit motley and mismatched) armor, and stumps off, grumbling to himself.<br />
Durin is in perfect health.<br />
