Tokugawa is a Greater God. Prior to his promotion to god+, Tokugawa's Neutral following was "Balance."

As a mortal, Tokugawa worshipped Cerebus and Foolkiller. Tokugawa was created sometime prior to 08/23/95.

Tokugawa was the first god+ to skip Lesser God. He went directly from Demigod to God.

As a Greater God, Tokugawa is responsible for area coordination. He also co-wrote Kharad-Delving with Cordir.

Tokugawa was promoted to Ambassador on January 17, 1998.
Tokugawa was promoted to Demigod on June 6, 1998.
Nicademus served as Tokugawa's Attendant on March 20, 2000.
Tokugawa was promoted to God on August 13, 2000.
