Official Information
HP HIT POINT HIT POINTS HITPOINTS
Hit points, or HP, is the amount of health available to a given character. The greater number of total hit points a character has, the more damage that character can sustain before being incapacitated or killed. Once a character's hit points reach 0, the character is rendered unconscious. The character is killed if HP falls to -10 or below.
Player-Supplied Information
There are ways to augment Hit Points: Through equipment that is specifically +Hit Points, or through wearing equipment that is +Constitution.
